BHL Stand-up, Sit-down – Clayton Thomas – October 11th, 2013

In this episode, Black Hollywood Live host and comedian Nick Perdue interviews Clayton Thomas. Originally from Detroit, Clayton Thomas (or “CT” for short) made the move to Hollywood to make a name for himself as a Quadruple threat; Writer, Comedian, Actor, Director. The adversity he faced early on in his career might have stopped some of the strongest people in their tracks, but only allowed Clayton to realize who was truly in control of his life, God!

So far Clayton’s been blessed to perform in several Radio, TV, & Film projects, like Jamie Foxx’s “Foxxhole Radio”, Jamie Foxx’s “Laffapaloza”, BET’s “Played By Fame”, Comicview’s “One Mic Stand” hosted by Kevin Hart, Mike Epps’ “Funny Bidness”, TV1′s “The Funny Spot”, the film “The Greatest Song”, and 12 episodes of the-never-to-be-released-show “Clunkers”.

CT has recently written scripts for TV-One’s sitcom “Love That Girl” and the animated pilot “The Slimbones”. He also ghost writes for some of the biggest names in comedy, he performs stand-up all over the country plus overseas, and he’s a regular in Los Angeles at THE HOLLYWOOD IMPROV, THE LAUGH FACTORY, THE COMEDY STORE, THE J-SPOT, & THE COMEDY UNION. He’s even produced & directed his own web series, THE MISADVENTURES OF CLAYTON THOMAS and has a v-log called 2 MINUTES W/ CLAYTON THOMAS. Mr. Thomas is well on his way to becoming one of the best in the business!

This interview was recorded October 11th, 2013.
